Attorney Susan Hartman

Attorney Elizabeth Arleo, Of Counsel
The Future
Our firm focuses solely on three narrow areas of law that are becoming increasingly important to the consumer. The first is representation of individuals who have been sued by companies that buy up old debt. The second is that of curtailing harassment of clients by debt collection firms and collection attorneys. Seldom does a client deliberately decide not to pay his or her bills. But circumstances force many people to the brink of financial ruin.
The third area is that of representing owners facing foreclosure. We negotiate loan modifications with lenders to allow the owner to keep the keys to his property. The lender comes out much further ahead than if it foreclosed.
We constantly hone our legal tools to help our clients get back on their feet without having to declare bankruptcy.
